Unique controls allow you to automatically apply OpenType stylistic alternates exclusively to capital letters, numbers or the last letter of each word to any text including envelope addresses. New OpenType alternate glyph options for monograms allow you to choose alternate glyphs for the left, middle and right initials.

When you click on the Insert Image button, you can use the Right-click menu option to sort images by color instead of by name. This will group all aqua images together, all blue images together, and so on. This is especially useful when browsing larger folders in our Professional Illustrations collection.

Now you can customize the abbreviations that are automatically spelled out when you choose the envelope addressing options to auto spell state names, directions, street, apartment, etc. giving you maximum flexibility. You can add or delete abbreviation/full name pairs as needed. And at any time you can easily revert back to the default settings.
Address Kerning Options
Advanced kerning options let you adjust the spacing between specific pairs of characters such as "ga". Alternatively, specify spacing adjustments to tighten or loosen the spacing around a certain character regardless of the surrounding characters.
Mailing Lists
Each project has its own unique Mailing List using names and addresses from the customer's Address Book. This makes it easy to print envelopes for all 300 names for a wedding invitation and only 20 names for the rehearsal dinner.

Now the software can help you keep track of which envelopes you have already printed with check boxes in the Mailing List. When you print envelopes it asks if all printed correctly and automatically checks the list as printed. If you import more names, they will be unchecked, and the Print window now includes an easy option to print just the unchecked names.

You can also keep track of which place cards you have already printed with check boxes in the Guest List with the same options to check if all printed correctly and to easily print just the unchecked guests.

Formatting options when printing the Mailing List, Guest List or Address Book let you specify which columns to print, specify the font and size, print with or without grid lines, and choose portrait or landscape format. The list is printed in the order in which it is currently sorted using the column headers.
