You can print two-sided envelopes in a single pass by unfolding the envelope flap before feeding the envelopes into your printer and selecting the Print front and back in one pass radio button in the Print order box in the Print window:

When the Print front and back in one pass option is selected, the address and return address are printed at the same time. The envelope must be fed into the printer bottom-first.
