You can add a border to your stationery by choosing Stationery Border, Add Border in the Design menu. The Insert Border window will appear:

You can use any of the built-in borders or use the Browse button in the Insert Border window to select a border image file. The border will be sized to fit your stationery. For folded cards, the border is only applied to the selected card face. Below is an example of a card with a border:

Note: The light gray rectangle represents a margin and will not be printed.

You can also add borders to images, text boxes and monograms. Just select the object and click on the Add Image Border button in the image toolbar. Below is an example of a photo with a border:
