We included a built-in spell checker to help you avoid typographical spelling errors. You can easily check for spelling errors in a title or journal. To check for an error, you can either:

• Click on a title or journal to select it and click on the Check Spelling button in the Text toolbar.
• Double-click on a title or journal and click on the Check Spelling button in the Text toolbar at the top of the Edit Title or Edit Journal window.

If a spelling error is found, the Check Spelling window will appear:

The misspelled word is at the top of the window, and possible suggestions are listed below in the Suggestions field. You can add words to your dictionary so that they will not be considered errors in the future, and you can change other spell-check options in the Spelling Options window by clicking the Options button:
