You can add a graphical border or a custom border to any scrapbook page or sticker. Just choose Scrapbook Page Border, Add Border in the Design menu. You can add a background image or fill color or pattern by choosing Scrapbook Page Background, Add Background in the Design menu.

You can fill the entire background with a pattern or color, and then layer images, shapes, frames, titles and journals on top of the background pattern.
