Invitation Architect allows you to organize all your projects into folders. You can create as many folders as you like, and you can create a hierarchy of folders as many levels deep as you like. You can create a folder for each of your customers, and create a folder within each customer folder for each project that you design for your customer. A thumbnail image of each project within the selected folder is shown on the right side of the window. To open one of the projects, double-click the thumbnail image.

You can rename, move, copy, or delete folders and thumbnails within the project view. If you copy a folder, all the projects within the folder are copied as well. You can view your projects in thumbnail view (as shown above) or in list view. When in thumbnail view, you can increase or decrease the size of the thumbnails using the controls at the top of the Project List.
