If you have an email client program like Outlook or Outlook Express installed on your computer, Invitation Architect makes it easy to email a graphical proof of the completed design to your customer for approval. Choose Email Customer Graphical Proof in the File menu or press Ctrl+F on your keyboard. You will be given the opportunity to specify the file format and resolution in just like when you print a graphics file of a design. Invitation Architect will then generate an email with a graphical file of the design as an attachment to the email. You just need to enter your customer's email address and the body of the email, then send the proof.

If you use a web-based email client, you will need to manually create your email and attach a graphical proof you create using the Print to Graphics File feature.
