This helps avoid issues with services like OneDrive that sync your Documents folder but sometimes get disconnected causing your data to appear to go missing.

Now you can customize the abbreviations that are automatically spelled out when you choose the envelope addressing options to auto spell state names, directions, street, apartment, etc. giving you maximum flexibility. You can add or delete abbreviation/full name pairs as needed. And at any time you can easily revert back to the default settings.

Advanced kerning options let you adjust the spacing between specific pairs of characters such as "ga". Alternatively, specify spacing adjustments to tighten or loosen the spacing around a certain character regardless of the surrounding characters.

Verify the postal codes for addresses in the US, Canada and Australia. Verify a single address, selected addresses, or all addresses in the Address Book or Mailing List.

Each project has its own unique Mailing List using names and addresses from the customer's Address Book. This makes it easy to print envelopes for all 300 names for a wedding invitation and only 20 names for the rehearsal dinner.

Now the software can help you keep track of which envelopes you have already printed with check boxes in the Mailing List. When you print envelopes it asks if all printed correctly and automatically checks the list as printed. If you import more names, they will be unchecked, and the Print window now includes an easy option to print just the unchecked names.

You can also keep track of which place cards you have already printed with check boxes in the Guest List with the same options to check if all printed correctly and to easily print just the unchecked guests.

Easily find any name when previewing addressed envelopes, address labels, post cards or place cards. Click Find in Print Preview and either browse through the entire Mailing List or Guest List to locate the desired name, or type into the field at the top of the Find Name window. Never worry about support expiring or pay for an upgrade again! New version 11 and higher purchases and upgrades come with 90 days of the PRO Access Plan. The PRO Access Plan includes:

  1. Email Technical Support
    You may submit inquiries regarding technical questions related to PrintingPress Pro Extreme software and we will respond promptly, typically within 1-2 business days.
     
  2. Downloadable Updates & Installation
    When updates are available for bug fixes or new features, your PrintingPress Pro Extreme software will download them automatically. You can download what you need to install the software on a new computer.
     
  3. New Designs and Artwork
    When new designs are available as sample projects including new artwork and new AccuCut templates, your PrintingPress Pro Extreme software will download them automatically.
     
  4. Future Upgrades
    When major upgrade versions become available, e.g. version 12, version 13, etc., you will receive them via download for free as if you purchased them, providing you sign up for an access plan within 90 days of purchase of PrintingPress Pro Extreme version 11 or higher software or upgrade and then stay current with monthly or annual payments the entire time leading up to the release of each future upgrade.

  3. No custom order fees
    The custom order fee for non-standard items is waived if you need to request a quote and place an order for a size or stock that is not included in our standard product line.

    You may submit urgent inquiries via email or phone during business hours M-F 9-5 ET regarding technical questions related to PrintingPress Pro Extreme software and we will respond promptly, typically the same business day if the inquiry is submitted before 3pm ET.
     
  5. Annual Training Session
    You may schedule 1 free 1-hour training session by phone each year you are current with the VIP access plan.
     
  6. Remote Computer Logins
    You may encounter technical support inquiries that cannot be resolved by email or phone, in which cases our technical support team may request to schedule a time with you to log into your computer remotely for the purposes of investigating and possibly resolving the problem. Typically this is used to attempt to restore lost data (projects and addresses) and without the VIP plan the cost for this service is $200/hour.

Select classic Envelopments® recipes and Crane & Co. boxed stationery templates are available along with samples of the type styling by those partners which may be applied to other products as desired.

Easily work with any stationery that includes preprinted designs. Add a non-printing background image from the manufacturer’s website or a scan to any card or envelope. The non-printing background will help you place your text and design elements while avoiding overlapping the existing design. An option in the Print to Graphics File window lets you include the background when creating a proof for emailing to clients so they see the background design along with your customization.
